Quintuplex motor direct drive series drilling pump set:

1) Use the AC variable frequency motor shaft to drive the crankshaft to work;
Eliminating the discharge pulsation damper, the medium flow oscillation and trouble shootingpoint.are reduced .
2) The pump set is light, and has a small footprint, goodmobility, simple structure, and reduced failure points;
3) Three size of linerare needed only, thus, there is no need to replace liner frequently as requirednormally.
4) The AC variable frequency motor which adopts special design has along lifetime, high reliability and stability; the pump can enter safe state bycontrol the power and torque from motor when the mud pump overload. The safety valve used by traditional mud pump is eliminated.
