KINGWELL Piston and piston rod are made of high hardness alloy steel. Piston rubber can be made of Nitrile Rubber, Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) to accommodate for all types of drilling conditions, mud properties.

Wear-resistant, anti-corrosive, anti-distortion and temperatures reaching up to 350°F.

KINGWELL pistons are interchangeable to OEM's such as BOMCO, RG, HH, National, Emsco, Gardner Denver, Ideco and Oilwell

All the above pistons and piston rubbers, which are ideally suitable for either oil-base of water-base muds, can be ensured universal interchanged ability, max service life and min liner wear .when you have running at min cost. Khua also offers the relevant piston rubbers made of rubber with fabric, NBR, and Urethane.

Description of Piston Hubs:
KINGWELL's mud pump piston hubs are manufactured from AISI 5140 heat-treated forged alloy steel machined on modern CNC lathes to exact dimensions. They meet all API tolerances and different temperature applications. They are available in size 3''to 8" in series A.K.B and L with types of duplex and triplex.
