RTTS Mechanical-set Packer Direct

Description
RTTS Series Mechanical-set Packer is a packer set by rolling string. Turn right-hand rotation of the tubing at the packer with set down motion sets slip systems. The packing elements can then be packed off with either compression or tension at the packer. When the pressure under packing element is very high, the anchor of the packer will snap at the casing and against the packer be released. The packer is retrieved by applying turn right-hand rotation of the tubing at the packer and picking up.

Features

The design of anchor part, can be used in high pressure well.

The elastomer is available with Nitrile or Aflas.

Can be used in drill stem testing or production well.

Material include 4140,13Cr.

Working pressure 5000-10000psi.

The rubber barrel is above the slip in order to avoid covering by sand.

Simple structure and easy to operate.
