Product Description:

Kingwell's API Oilfield stabilizer are manufactured from one solid bar of AISI 4145H modifed steel, usually have 3 blade or 4 blade. Professional heat-treatment process gurantees the mechanical strengths meet the requirments of API SPEC7-1. Hardness of 285-341HB can be assured both 1" beneath the outer surface and 4 quadrant acrosss the neck OD.

3. Types: Drill String type and Near bit type.

4. Packing: anti-rust package, steel shelf with plastic bags

5. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T5051-91Standard.

6. Delivery time: within 30 days

7. Delivery condition: as customers' requirement, semi-finished forging or finished product

8. Stress Relief Groove(SRG) on connections, bored for float also available for your choice.

Standard specifications of  drill-string stabilizer :

Roller type:

Type T: Milled, machined with hard faced sharp teeth, for soft formations. 
Type F: Milled, machined with hard faced flat teeth, for medium hard formations. 
Type B: Equipped with pressed-in tungsten carbide buttons, for hard formations.

API Connection

All Pin & Box connections meet thedimensional requirements specified in API spec 7 and API RP 7G. Available sizesand styles are listed in the table below. Stabilizers with premium connectionsare available upon customer's request.
