Kill Manifold and Choke Manifold

Introduction:

The choke and kill manifold are necessary equipment for well control on well kick and implementation of oil and gas well pressure control. The equipments are designed 

and manufactured according to API Spec 16C/6A, and also can be manufactured according to the reqirements of the users.

Kill Manifold

In case well head pressure is too high, the kill manifold can be used to pump drilling fluid down hole to balance bottom hole pressure so as to prevent blowout; or used with the blow-off pipe lines connected to it, it can drain fluids from the well to reduce bottom hole pressure.

The kill manifold consists of check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges and pipe lines.

•  Working Medium: oil, natural gas, mud

Choke Manifold

Choke Manifolds are indispensable equipments to prevent well kick and to regulate pressure in oil and gas wells. The choke manifold is support equipment of hydraulic BOP 

for controlling well blow out and well pressure. Through the choke valve, perform well killing, replacing polluted slurry in well. It controls wellhead pressure of casing 

and standpipe, restoring mud to control pressure at well bottom to stop overflow.
