Scope of the inspection:

The inspection was performed in accordance with The Supervision and Inspection Requirements of the Third Party. The scope of the inspection is following in general.

1.Review of raw material MTRs as well as incoming inspection.

2.Review NDT reports/records, review Heat treatment records

3.Review Hardness testing records

4.Witness the internal pressure test, seal test, Nitrogen chamber gas sealing test, ball valve seal test, 5.function test, movement test, delay time test, etc.

6.Witness the visually inspection after disassembling the tool.

7.Witness the test according to Production Acceptance Test Sheets

During the inspection,
the manufacturer did all the tests according to the Production Acceptance Test Sheets for the 32sets of tools. These tests included Internal pressure test, Seal test, Nitrogen chamber gas sealing test, Valve seal test, Function Test, Movement Test, Delay time Test, etc. The BV surveyor witnessed the test and found the results were satisfactory with the applied specifications.

About the inspection details, please refer to the attached Test Sheets with BV stamp and surveyor's signature.

Visual Inspection at random during manufacture

The Inspector had taken the visual inspection after disassembling the tools, and the results were compliance with the requirements of applied specifications and the drawing.
