Introduction

Y441B packer is a bi-slip, recyclable hydraulic packer, which can be released with a straight-pull, up-slip released system that reduce the up-pull force by shrinking slip. The system dislocates the released slip first, and then trigger other slips contraction

to release.Y441B packer is mainly used in completions of first installed wellhead then sets, and it is also used in inclined wells, gas lift wells and where not suitable for mechanical setting packer in completion operations. Y441B

series packer pressure balance system can balance the pressure between upper packer and lower packer.

Features & advantages

It is very easy to adjust the straight-pull release force before running in hole

All parts are locked, which can prevent premature setting

Up-slip released system

Release shear pin do not be affected by differential pressure.

Straight-pull-release

Balancing system can balance the differential pressure between layers.

Mechanical up-slip
